ACCESS Early Childhood is seeking a Physical Therapist who loves working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children to develop foundational gross motor skills. You will collaborate with educators, evaluators, and other clinicians to support each child’s goals in a pediatric-focused environment.
The role emphasizes a child- and family-centered approach, strong communication, and a commitment to helping children learn, play, grow, and thrive alongside a supportive team.
Description
Some of the most meaningful moments in physical therapy happen through developmental milestones that open up a whole new world for a young child. A baby learning to sit independently and explore their surroundings. A toddler taking those first steps toward greater mobility and independence. A preschooler developing the strength, balance, and confidence to run, climb, and play alongside friends.
At ACCESS Early Childhood, those moments are what our work is all about.
We're looking for a Physical Therapist who loves working with young children, sees the possibilities in every child, and wants to be part of a team that shows up for one another as much as they do for the children and families they serve.
Our therapists work alongside early childhood educators, evaluators, and other clinical professionals in a collaborative environment where expertise is valued, ideas are shared, and everyone works toward a common goal: helping young children build the foundational skills they need to learn, play, grow, and thrive.
We know that meaningful progress doesn't happen by accident. It takes skilled therapists, the right resources, and a team that supports one another. We also believe the professionals doing this important work deserve time for their own lives.
At ACCESS, you'll enjoy:
As a Physical Therapist at ACCESS Early Childhood, you'll help infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children develop the strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and gross motor skills they need to explore their environments, participate in play, and move through everyday activities with greater confidence and independence.
The most rewarding work happens when talented people have the resources, encouragement, and support to do what they do best.
At ACCESS Early Childhood, you'll find a team that shares your commitment to young children, celebrates the milestones that shape early development, and understands that supporting therapists is an important part of helping students succeed.
If you're ready for a new opportunity where your work matters and your life outside of work matters, too, we'd love to meet you.
