Pacific Bone & Joint seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehabilitation team. Work alongside an orthopedic surgeon, PA, and PT staff to guide patients from post-surgical day one back to activities they love.

This is orthopedic and sports rehab with continuity of care; you’ll see imaging, know the surgeon, and own the plan. If you value autonomy, collaboration, and family-like care, we’d love to meet you.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Current Hawai‘i PT license or eligibility to obtain one before start (licensure support available).
• Strong clinical reasoning and warm bedside manner.
• Interest in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation; new grads with ortho rotations encouraged to apply.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and build individualized, evidence-based treatment plans across post-surgical, orthopedic, and sports-rehab caseloads.
• Deliver hands-on care—manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities—and progress patients toward goals.
• Coordinate with surgeons and clinical team to align rehab with surgical or non-surgical plans.
• Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes clearly and on time.
• Mentor and direct PTAs and rehab aides and contribute to a positive clinic culture.

Pacific Bone & Joint is growing fast, and we are aggressively hiring a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in‑house rehabilitation team. You'll work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with our orthopedic surgeon, physician assistant, and PT ‘ohana to carry patients from post‑surgical day one all the way back to the activities they love.

What you’ll do

What we’re looking for

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
• Current Hawai‘i PT license, or eligibility to obtain one before start (we’re happy to support relocating candidates through licensure).
• Strong clinical reasoning and a genuine, warm bedside manner.
• Interest in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation; new grads with strong ortho clinical rotations are encouraged to apply.
