Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Aiken is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to care for a diverse inpatient population. The ideal candidate has prior inpatient hospital experience or a strong willingness to learn and grow within PAM Health’s care model.

The PT will manage patient treatment plans, supervise care delivery, and work within state practice guidelines and PAM Health policies to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• PT license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
• Current BLS certification required.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise patient care in an age-appropriate manner, delivering therapy per licensed practice.
• Provide delivery and direction of care in alignment with PAM Health policies and state regulations.

The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for patient/patient management, delivery, direction and supervision of care provided in an age-appropriate manner, consistent with the principles and practices of the Physical Therapy Practice Act of the state where the hospital or clinic resides, the professional code of ethics, and the policies, procedures and guidelines of PAM Health. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

• Education and Training: PT license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides. Current BLS certification required.
• Experience: One year of clinical experience preferred.
