Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC in Nashville invites a Physical Therapist to join a 350-bed nonprofit hospital with a strong emphasis on acute care and neuro rehabilitation. You will work with a multidisciplinary team and mentor therapists who are new to acute care, helping patients understand their injuries and recovery trajectories.

Ideal candidates may be new grads or experienced therapists, with a servant-leader mindset and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists.
• Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers.
• Collaborative, team-building personality style.
• Servant leader mindset.
