Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare in Denver area is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our home health pediatric team. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a caseload primarily based near Thornton, CO, delivering patient-centered therapy in home and clinic settings, collaborating with families and physicians to optimize outcomes.

We provide a competitive compensation package ($74,500–$110,500 annually) and a $5,000 signing bonus for therapists taking a caseload of 20+ kiddos.

• Willing to work in home and clinic-based settings (state-specific).

Aveanna’s highly skilled pediatric therapy team provides our patients a full range of care to help them make the most of their care or recovery. We offer our industry-leading pediatric therapy for kids of all ages in multiple settings. We match our therapists to their patients based on medical condition, age, location, and acuity level. Our local office is looking for a compassionate PT in the following area who would like to make a positive and lasting impact in the lives of their patients.

Caseload Location: Thorton, CO 80233

Setting: Home Health

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Compensation: $74,500 to $110,500

Bonus: $5,000 sign-on bonus to therapists who take on a caseload of 20+ kiddos.
