Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver one-to-one in-home care in the Tallahassee area. This role offers flexible scheduling, autonomy, and the opportunity to boost earnings through productivity and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Auto insurance is recommended for transportation to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safety and recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).

Your Role as a Home Health Physical Therapist
