Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) in Morgantown, WV. This in-office position offers a 13-week contract and requires providing quality physical therapy services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy to restore function and mobility. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited program and possess strong clinical and communication skills.

Start date is set for June 1st, with a day shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program is required.
• Active state license is necessary or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients appropriately.
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and delivery of direct therapy to restore function and mobility.

• Document services accurately and timely
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications
