Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in Morgantown, WV. The role involves providing skilled physical therapy services while ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.

The ideal candidate will have graduated from an APTA-accredited program and hold an active state PT license. Responsibilities include patient evaluation, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with care teams to restore function and mobility.

This in-office position offers a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, starting June 1st.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state PT license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities and patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update treatment/discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and timely.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts.

Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and delivery of direct therapy to restore function and mobility.
