Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercise techniques, posture, body mechanics, and strategies to manage their condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes per facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
