Job summary

The Club Health & Rehabilitation Center at The Villages is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist to support our in-house subacute rehab team in The Villages, FL. This role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to contribute to patient-centered care within a collaborative, supportive environment.

Qualified candidates will be licensed PTs in Florida with post-acute or skilled nursing experience preferred and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Florida Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing setting preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to delivering exceptional care

Responsibilities
