Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our in-facility team, reporting to the Director of Rehab. You will assess patients, develop rehabilitation plans, and deliver physical therapy to help patients regain function and independence.

We support growth, mentorship for new grads, and a patient-centered care approach, with opportunities across the U.S. including visa sponsorship and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• 1. Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice or eligibility.
• 2. Must have a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• 3. Must have a Master’s in a PT-related field in addition to a Bachelor’s in PT.
• 4. Must have a Bachelor’s in PT plus 5 years of progressive PT experience.
• 5. If degree earned outside the U.S., it must be evaluated for US equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy in facility and other settings as needed.
• Collaborate with rehab team to coordinate care.
• Teach patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.

Qualifications

1. They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.

2. They must have a Master‘s degree in Physical Therapy;

3. They must have a Master‘s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor‘s degree in Physical Therapy;

4. They must have a Bachelor‘s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.

5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Posted Salary Range: USD $43.00 - USD $55.00 /Hr. Bonus: USD $10,000.00
