Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide in-facility physical therapy, assessing patient needs and developing recovery plans. You will work within a supportive team, collaborating with colleagues, and referring as needed to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master's degree in PT-related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• The PT degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated to the U.S. equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy in facilities as part of the rehab team.
• Collaborate with peers and refer to other professionals as needed to optimize care.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

1. They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
2. They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
3. They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
4. They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Posted Salary Range

USD $47.00 - USD $55.00 /Hr.
