Job summary

Sandy Springs Center For Nursing and Healing is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to plan and administer prescribed therapy programs aimed at restoring function and reducing pain for residents. The role may involve supervising physical therapy assistants and aides and teaching PT/PTA students.

Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing homes is preferred. This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to contribute to resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing homes is preferred.
• Ability to supervise physical therapy assistants and aides.

Summary:

As a Physical Therapist (PT) at Sandy Springs Center For Nursing and Healing, you will play a vital role in planning and administering a prescribed physical therapy treatment program. Your goal will be to help patients/residents restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following illness, disease, or injury. In addition to providing expert care, you will also have the opportunity to supervise physical therapy assistants and aides, as well as instruct students participating in PT and PTA programs. Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing homes is preferred.
