Job summary

Pine Ridge Care Center is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) in California. The role evaluates and treats residents with neuromuscular and musculoskeletal issues, using established care plans and measurements to guide progress.

We offer a competitive salary range of $99,840–$124,800, a sign-on bonus, and benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401K, PTO, referral bonuses, and relocation reimbursement. New graduates welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy (BS/MS/PhD).
• California license to practice PT required.
• 1 year clinical experience preferred; new graduates welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, plans and administers treatment to patients with neuromuscular and musculoskeletal problems.
• Administers and interprets tests and measurements for muscle strength, coordination, range of motion, and respiratory/circulatory efficiency.
• Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
• Conducts home assessments to ensure discharge to a safe environment.
• Completes required forms and documents in accordance with policy and state/federal regulations.

• Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.

Physical Therapist (PT) Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• One (1) year of clinical experience preferred. New graduates welcomed!
• Current license to practice Physical Therapy issued by the state of California.
