Job summary

Skyline Healthcare Center-San Jose is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dedicated team in California. We offer a competitive salary range of $99,840 to $124,800 with full-time or part-time schedules and a sign-on bonus.

The ideal candidate holds a current California license in Physical Therapy and a degree (BS/MS/DPT) in physical therapy. New graduates are welcome, and you will evaluate and treat patients with neuromuscular and musculoskeletal conditions within an established care

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• One year of clinical experience preferred. New graduates welcomed!
• Current license to practice Physical Therapy issued by the state of California.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, plans and administers treatment to patients with problems related to neuromuscular and musculoskeletal systems.
• Administers and interprets tests and measurements for muscle strength, coordination, range of motion, and respiratory and circulatory efficiency.
• Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
• Conducts home assessments to ensure discharge of residents to a safe environment.
• Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.

Physical Therapist (PT) Duties and Responsibilities within scope of practice and federal guidelines:

Evaluates, plans and administers treatment to patients with problems related to neuromuscular and musculoskeletal systems.

• Administers and interprets tests and measurements for muscle strength, coordination, range of motion, and respiratory and circulatory efficiency.
• Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care..
