Job summary

Signature HealthCARE in Rogersville, TN is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team at a 150-bed facility. You will assess residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to drive patient recovery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a Bachelor's degree.
• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Under Signature Rehab’s integrated care model, rehabilitative therapists work with other clinicians to ensure residents make a full recovery and return to activities.
• Provide physical therapy services to residents of Signature HealthCARE nursing homes and outpatient clients, following standard care protocols.

We are recruiting for a Physical Therapist to join our team. Requirements for consideration include:

• Graduate of accredited program of physical therapy, culminating in a minimum of a Bachelor's of Science Degree
• A Valid Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
