Job summary

Red Bank Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Red Bank, NJ is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. We offer a pay range of $53–$60 per hour, sign-on bonuses, and a friendly workplace culture with on-site mentorship and access to free CEUs through our ACP partnership.

You will perform evaluations, develop evidence-based treatment plans, deliver treatments per physician orders, monitor progress, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver physical therapy interventions per physician orders.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on therapy goals and techniques.
