Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is recruiting a Physical Therapist to join our team at Prestonsburg Health Care Center. You will provide physical therapy services to residents, working with a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery and return to daily activities.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited PT program with a BS degree and a valid PT license in the state. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k), life insurance, HSA/FSA, PTO and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program of physical therapy, culminating in a minimum of a Bachelor's of Science Degree.

• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure residents make a full recovery and return to daily activities.
• Provide physical therapy services as part of Signature Rehab’s integrated care model.
