Job summary

Village Place Health and Rehab is seeking a dynamic Full Time Physical Therapist to join our team at a renovated 104-bed skilled nursing facility. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary rehab department led by an experienced Director of Rehabilitation, providing skilled PT services and contributing to resident care.

Responsibilities include conducting screenings, evaluating residents, delivering therapy, supervising PTA, and supporting the rehab department and facility success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Florida PT license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Must be computer/tech savvy.

• Conduct screenings of residents as scheduled to determine need for evaluation or intervention.
• Evaluate residents per physician orders to obtain data for the plan of care.
• Provide Physical Therapy treatment to residents per the plan of care.
• Supervision of PTA.
• Actively engage and contribute to the success of the rehab department, IDT and facility.

Village Place Health and Rehab is looking for dynamic and experienced Physical Therapists to join our team in our fully renovated, 104 bed skilled nursing facility!

We are seeking a Full Time PHYSICAL THERAPIST to join our team who is a dynamic clinician and team player.

Our facility offers a supportive family environment with a compassionate rehab team which is led by an experienced Director of Rehabilitation. Rehabilitation techs are utilized to assist therapists with resident transport and administrative functions. The rehab department utilizes Net Health-Therapy and Point Click Care for billing and documentation to assist therapists with daily efficiency where quality care remains the primary focus of each therapist. The facility offers 6-day a week, in-house comprehensive rehabilitation program where the PT is an integral member of the interdisciplinary team. Our rehab positions are stable and secure at one location. Each rehab department offers a spacious gym.

JOB SUMMARY
