Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our in-facility team. You will assess patients, design recovery plans and deliver PT services, collaborating with a multidisciplinary rehab team. We offer mentorship, ongoing CEUs, and visa sponsorship options to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in the practicing state(s).
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent.
• Alternative credential path: Master's in PT-related field + PT Bachelor's degree or 5 years PT experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-facility physical therapy services.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and functional improvements.
• Collaborate with rehab team and report to the Director of Rehab.

Qualifications

1. 1. They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
2. 2. They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
3. 3. They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
4. 4. They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
5. 5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Posted Salary Range

USD $60.00 - USD $60.00 /Hr.
