Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our in-facility rehab team in Norman, OK. You will assess patients, craft individualized recovery plans, and deliver effective physical therapy under the direction of the Rehab Director.

You will educate patients and caregivers to promote independence, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and adapt plans as needed while maintaining clear documentation and progress notes.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Master's degree in a PT-related field plus a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressive PT experience.
• PT degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated as U.S. equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop individualized recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Provide education to patients and caregivers to promote independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and make referrals when needed.
• Adapt treatment plans to fit changing needs of each patient.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

Posted Salary Range
