Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide in-facility PT care. You will assess patients, develop recovery plans, and deliver therapy while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Emphasis on patient-centered care and continuous professional development.

Formación

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in practicing states.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field with PT licensure.
• Alternate: Bachelor's in PT plus 5 years progressive PT experience.
• If degree earned outside the U.S., must be evaluated as U.S. equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans for PT.
• Deliver physical therapy and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with the rehab team and refer when needed.

Qualifications

1. They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
2. They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
3. They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
4. They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Posted Salary Range

USD $50.00 - USD $60.00 /Hr.
