Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver in-facility therapy, assess patient needs, design recovery plans, and guide patients toward returning to daily activities. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and mentor peers while supporting growth through in-house CEUs and mentorship programs.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice or have license eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent PT field; or Master's + Bachelor's in PT.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years of progressive PT experience.
• Degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for US equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Provide patient and caregiver training to promote independence and function.
• Collaborate with rehab team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Act as an educator and mentor to junior staff and students.

Qualifications

1. They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.

2. They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or

3. They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or

4. They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.

5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Posted Salary Range

USD $47.00 - USD $52.00 /Hr.
