Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in North Carolina seeks a Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive PT services, including assessments, treatment planning, and interventions in a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting.

You'll educate patients and families, document progress, and contribute to a high quality care environment. PT licensure in the state is required; CPR certification preferred. Travel up to 10% may be necessary. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, valid state PT licensure.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Master Degree in Physical Therapy required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough PT assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions, functional limitations and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients’ physical function.
• Educate patients and their families on exercise techniques, posture, body mechanics, and strategies to manage their condition effectively.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
