Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Marion, OH seeks a Physical Therapist to provide a full range of PT services. You will assess, plan, and implement treatments, educate patients and families, and document progress in an interdisciplinary setting.

The role requires a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy and an active PT license in Ohio, with CPR preferred. Travel is minimal and a six-month training/orientation period is provided.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current state PT licensure required (CPR certification preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercise techniques, posture and body mechanics.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans per policies.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for providing a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients’ physical function.
• Educate patients and their families on exercise techniques, posture, body mechanics, and strategies to manage their condition effectively.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education: Master Degree

Experience: 0-1 years

Licenses and Certifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state PT licensure or certification
• Current valid CPR certification, preferred

Travel: Yes. Minimally, as required (Typically less than 10%)
