Job summary

Mount Carmel Senior Living Community in Mount Carmel, PA is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. This part-time role offers a consistent PRN schedule with potential for full-time opportunities in the future.

You will evaluate residents, create individualized treatment plans, and work with physicians and staff to restore mobility and improve residents’ quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania PT license required.
• BLS certification required or current.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to support rehabilitation goals.
• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises and mobility strategies.

Mount Carmel Senior Living Community is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. We are currently offering a Part-Time and consistent PRN schedule, with the potential for a full-time position in the future.

What You'll Do
