Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions in Elkton, Virginia is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide skilled rehabilitation services in accordance with state and facility guidelines. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to restore function and mobility.

Responsibilities include screening, evaluating, and treating patients; developing and updating plans of care; documenting services accurately and timely; supervising PTAs and Rehab Techs;

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state PT license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
