HealthPro Heritage seeks a Physical Therapist to support independent seniors in a vibrant Independent Living community in Independence, MO. The role offers per diem hours with a wage range of $50-$60 per hour and a mission-driven work environment.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, therapeutic interventions, education for patients and families, and thorough documentation. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team ensures high-quality care and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or license eligible.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills; proficient in developing and implementing effective treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Physical requirements: ability to lift and assist patients; stand for extended periods.
