Qualifications

• Current Georgia Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing.
• One year of experience in a Long-term Care/Skilled Nursing setting; training for new grads possible.
• Experience in a Person-Directed Care community preferred.
• Genuine passion for working with elders; strong teamwork and communication.
• Excellent customer service and documentation skills.
• Proficient in documentation; Net Health is preferred.

Physical Therapist Care Partner Qualifications Include

• Current Georgia Physical Therapist PT license in good standing
• One year of experience working in a Long-term Care/Skilled Nursing community but willing to train new grads
• Experience working in a Person-Directed Care community preferred
• Genuine passion for working with elders
• Strong team work/collaboration skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience with Net Health preferred)
• Strong organization and time management skills
