Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to help patients reach their goals.
• Supervise PTAs within the facilities.
• Work in both Home Health and SNF settings, with a weekend schedule that can reduce childcare needs.

Minimum qualifications

• Accredited education: Graduation from an accredited physical therapist program.
• Active licensure: Current PT license in the state of practice.
• Ethical compliance: Adherence to Key Rehab’s code of ethical conduct, state, and federal regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
