Job summary

Lifepoint Rehabilitation in Los Gatos, CA is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team within Lifepoint Health. This role offers per diem scheduling and a mission to deliver exceptional care to the community.

As a PT, you will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide direct patient care to restore strength, mobility and function, educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, and document sessions and outcomes while collaborating with rehab teams and

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current PT license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Prior rehab experience is preferred.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Previous experience in rehab setting preferred.
• Current PT license.

Hourly Range: $36.38-$64 Per Hour
