Job summary

Topaz HR seeks dedicated full-time Physical Therapists for in-person school-based services in Los Angeles, CA. You will evaluate and treat students, develop individualized plans, and work with teachers and families to promote mobility and function.

Position Overview — A nationwide provider of comprehensive school-based therapy services is seeking multiple Full-Time Physical Therapists (PT) for in-person school-based positions in Los Angeles, CA. Your contributions will directly impact the lives of diverse children and their families, ensuring they receive the assistance they need.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess individuals' physical and functional abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct physical therapy services
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with required standards
• Support individuals in improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall physical function

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Minimum one (1) year of experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Experience in school-based or clinical settings preferred

Compensation & Benefits
