Job summary

St. Mary Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our full-time daytime team in Langhorne, PA.

We provide care to patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, and orthopedic injuries in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, with a $15,000 sign-on bonus. You will assess patients, design and implement rehab programs, educate patients and caregivers, document progress, and collaborate with rehab staff to

• Education: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Experience: Previous experience in rehab setting preferred.
• License: Current PT license.
• Certifications: CPR certification required.

• Provide direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Document treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with rehab teams and participate in discharge planning.

How You'll Contribute

You'll make an impact by evaluating and conducting medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs. Providing educational information to patients in regard to injury prevention, ergonomics, restorative therapy and rehabilitation therapy. Supervises physical therapy assistants and aides in performing treatment.
