Renewal Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a part-time position in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care setting in Michigan. The role requires an active PT license in the state and offers mentorship, flexible scheduling, and ongoing professional development.

You will evaluate and treat patients, create personalized care plans, collaborate with the care team, and ensure regulatory documentation and physician orders are current. New grads welcome!

Qualifications

• Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
• Current license as Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
