Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to assess and treat patients in a facility setting, developing recovery plans and delivering evidence-based therapy. You’ll guide patients and caregivers to promote independence, collaborate with the rehab team, and help patients regain function and confidence in daily activities.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, clinical mentorship, and growth within a supportive multidisciplinary environment across U.S. sites.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the practicing state(s).
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent advanced credentialing.
• Alternative: Master’s in a related field with a Bachelor’s in PT, or a Bachelor’s in PT with 5 years of progressive PT experience.
• If the PT degree was earned outside the U.S., it must be evaluated for U.S. equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
• Deliver high-quality physical therapy in an in-facility setting.
• Design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities.
• Teach patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Support patients’ functional goals and provide ongoing guidance.

Qualifications

• 1. They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• 2. They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• 3. They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• 4. They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• 5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Posted Salary Range

USD $40.00 - USD $44.00 /Hr.
