Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-facility physical therapy across diverse care settings. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver therapy sessions, collaborating with the rehab team to optimize outcomes.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, professional growth through CEUs, and a pathway within a growth-oriented national provider with visa sponsorship options.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master's in a PT-related field with Bachelor's in PT; or Bachelor's in PT plus 5 years of PT experience.
• Foreign PT degree requires recognition/equivalency to U.S. PT degree.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver and supervise physical therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with care team and refer as needed to promote patient independence.

Qualifications

• 1. They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• 2. They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• 3. They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• 4. They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• 5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Posted Salary Range

USD $41.00 - USD $53.00 /Hr.
