Job summary

Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic role with clinical autonomy and a manageable caseload. Join a private practice focused on musculoskeletal care, supported by diagnostic imaging to enable faster, more accurate treatment.

Ideal candidates are licensed PTs (or soon to be) with a passion for outpatient ortho, teamwork, and delivering excellent patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license with no sanctions.

• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and partners.

Responsibilities

• Treat a mix of inpatient and outpatient orthopedic patients with autonomy.
• Provide outpatient orthopedic care with 1:1 patient time.
• Maintain a manageable caseload with strong outcomes.
• Develop and adjust plans of care aligned with clinical style.
• Collaborate with clinicians, sports-focused teammates, and medical partners.
• Support strong patient experience and continuous quality improvement.

Total Potential Income (Base + Revenue Sharing):

$85,000–$105,000/year

Includes base salary plus additional revenue-sharing earnings.

Base Pay: $80,000–$85,000

Student Loan Repayment: $5,250 per year

The Position

Mountain Land Physical Therapy is a private practice advancing musculoskeletal care by putting PTs at the front of care, supported by diagnostic imaging in many clinics for faster, more accurate treatment. If you’re a licensed PT (or will be soon), and you want an outpatient ortho role with autonomy, a manageable caseload, and growth pathways, this is a strong fit.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Treat a mix of inpatient and outpatient patients, with a slight majority of the caseload focused on inpatient care at Kane County Hospital
• Provide outpatient orthopedic care with dedicated 1:1 patient time
• Top performers average 11–12 patients/day (double-booking only when appropriate and not impacting care)
• Build plans of care that match your clinical style
• Collaborate with experienced clinicians, sports-focused teammates, and local medical partners
• Support strong outcomes with consistent, patient-first care
