This position offers total potential income of $83,000–$105,000 per year, including a base salary of $77,000–$85,000 plus revenue sharing, plus $5,250 annual student loan repayment. No weekends; strong PTO and growth opportunities.

The Position

Mountain Land Physical Therapy is a private practice advancing musculoskeletal care by putting PTs at the front of care, supported by diagnostic imaging in many clinics for faster, more accurate treatment. If you’re a licensed PT (or will be soon), and you want an outpatient ortho role with autonomy, a manageable caseload, and growth pathways, this is a strong fit.
