Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Henderson, NC is seeking a Physical Therapist with 0–1 year of experience to evaluate patients and develop personalized rehabilitation plans. You will guide patients and families on exercises and body mechanics, and document progress in our secure system.

The role requires collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and ongoing patient education. Licensing includes current state PT licensure; CPR certification preferred and travel as needed may be required.

Qualifications

• Assess patients' physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and body mechanics.
• Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with policy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Willing to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients’ physical function.
• Educate patients and their families on exercise techniques, posture, body mechanics, and strategies to manage their condition effectively.
• Maintain accurate and up-to‑date documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education: Master Degree

Experience: 0-1 years

Licenses and Certifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state PT licensure or certification
• Current valid CPR certification, preferred

Travel: Yes. Minimally, as required (Typically less than 10%)
