Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide in-facility therapy, assess patient needs, and develop recovery plans that restore and enhance mobility. You will deliver PT services with a focus on whole-patient care and collaboration with the rehab team.

You’ll teach patients and caregivers to promote independence, work with a supportive team, and contribute to a dynamic, mission-driven environment at Powerback.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or a PT-related master’s plus a PT bachelor’s.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years progressive PT experience; or equivalent.
• Out-of-country PT degrees must be US-equivalent evaluated.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Address the whole patient and design programs to restore and enhance physical abilities.
• Collaborate with peers and refer when appropriate to ensure patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.

As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will assess patient needs, develop their recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.

Qualifications

• They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• They must have a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or
• They must have a Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or
• They must have a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Salary

USD $39.00 - USD $49.00 /Hr.
