Belaire Health Care Center in Gastonia, North Carolina is seeking a Physical Therapist licensed in North Carolina or a graduate actively pursuing licensure. Join our rehab team of professionals providing PT, OT, and speech services in a state-of-the-art rehab gym, helping residents recover independence and return home.

You will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, obtain physician approval, participate in discharge planning, and document care while supervising aides.

The Physical Therapist evaluates residents, develops effective treatment plans, and obtains approval for service from the referring physician. Treats residents according to the physician’s treatment plan. Participates in discharge planning. Records evaluation, treatment, and charges. Supervises Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides. Screens residents for potential benefit from PT intervention.

Requirements

• North Carolina Physical Therapy License
