Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Somerset, NJ is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility team. Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or license eligible.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills; proficient in developing and implementing effective treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to lift and assist patients; standing for extended periods; perform physical tasks related to therapy.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
