Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Lake Bennet Health and Rehabilitation Center in Ocoee, FL, seeks a Physical Therapist for a full-time SNF role. You will provide skilled PT services to residents and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited PT program with active Florida licensure (or licensure-eligible).

• SNF or post-acute experience preferred
• Net Health knowledge preferred

FULL-TIME POSITION

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a PT. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
