Job summary

You will develop personalized treatment plans, supervise PT assistants, maintain documentation, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safety, quality care, and patient-family communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT).
• Current state licensure in good standing.
• New graduates welcome; 1 year recommended.
• CPR certification required or obtained during orientation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and effective communication.
• Ability to make independent decisions and work in a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on physician referrals.


• Assess and modify goals to ensure measurable, functional progress.


• Supervise and evaluate the care provided by PT assistants, aides, and students.


• Maintain accurate documentation and utilize therapy software effectively.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate with patients, families, and support staff.


• Adhere to safety, confidentiality, and professional standards, including compliance with laws and regulations.


• Participate in community health initiatives and demonstrate excellent customer service.

Qualifications & Skills
