Compensation

Pay Rate: $59.00 - $70.00 per hour, depending on experience
Additional compensation for summer work and year-round placements

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in the medical and/or IEP team
• Evaluate eligibility for physical therapy using assessments and observations
• Develop individualized plans with SMART goals and document thoroughly
• Design and deliver treatment via 1:1, motor groups, and consultations
• Collaborate effectively with children, colleagues, professionals, and caregivers
• Assist with assistive technology evaluations and training

Minimum Requirements

• CA Physical Therapy license or eligibility pending
• Passion for helping children reach their potential
• Strong interpersonal and technical skills
• Fingerprint background clearance
• TB clearance
