Responsibilities

• Provide skillful, compassionate care to patients with a variety of foot and ankle conditions.
• Increase patient throughput and add value to the practice’s services.
• Collaborate with physicians to assess patients, formulate treatment plans, and provide follow‑up care.

Additional Roles

• Physician Recruiter – Leads the company’s doctor talent acquisition process, developing and managing sourcing, screening, selection, and hiring strategies.
• Intern – Works with the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and the Vice President of Business Development on research and analysis related to podiatry practice acquisitions.
• Certified Pedorthist – Assesses patients, formulates treatment plans in conjunction with physicians, implements treatments, and follows up with patients.
