Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. The role offers days shifts and a contract length of 13 weeks with an option to extend, or a permanent placement path.

You will deliver PT treatments, monitor progress, and work with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes, while educating patients and families and ensuring proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in state of employment (new grads welcome).
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Current TB test/results.
• Current physical showing fitness for duty (within past year).

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients.
• Assess and monitor patient progress; adjust plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families on plans and goals.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.

Requirements:
