Job summary

Florida Orthopaedic Institute (FOI) is hiring Physical Therapists in the Tampa Bay area, including Clearwater, Riverview, Citrus Park, St. Petersburg, Sun City Center, and nearby locations.

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000–$100,000 per year, with opportunities for growth. Our teams emphasize high-quality patient care, collaborative practice, and professional development through CME/CEU support and license renewal reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough patient evaluations, assessments, and treatment planning
• Developing, implementing, and modifying individualized plans of care
• Providing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and other evidence-based treatments
• Educating patients and families on diagnosis, rehab process, and home exercise programs
• Collaborating with physicians, PTAs, athletic trainers, and the broader care team
• Documenting all evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries
• Monitoring and ensuring patient safety during all treatments

Job description

• Pay or shift range: $75,000 USD to $100,000 USD
  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

What You’ll Do

As a Physical Therapist, you’ll play a critical role in outpatient orthopaedic therapy, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and sports medicine care. You’ll evaluate, treat, and guide patients through recovery from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions helping them restore function and quality of life.

Key responsibilities include:
