New grads are welcomed with a robust mentorship program. Full-time role offers 30–40 hours per week with a 4‑day option; part-time considered. Competitive benefits and new hourly rates apply.

• New Hourly Rates! $40-45/hr *Offer Based on Experience and Qualifying Interview
• Full-Time, 30-40 Hours/Week at Meadowbrook Care Center. 4-day work week option! Flexible Schedule. Also open to Part-Time! What are you looking for?
• New Grads Welcome! GREAT Mentorship Program for new clinicians or those new to the SNF Setting.

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, using a variety of physical therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident's life.

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapy license in state of employment
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
