Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics, a division of HealthPRO Heritage, is hiring Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide Early Intervention services for children ages 0–3 in Chambersburg and surrounding communities.

We offer Full-Time, Part-Time or PRN options, allowing you to build a caseload around your availability. A hybrid schedule and a company-provided laptop help keep visits close to home and documentation streamlined.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania State PT License.
• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Must not be excluded in enrolling in Pennsylvania’s Promise System.
• Original Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal Background Check and FBI Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy sessions through the use of current best practices based on services defined in the child’s Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
• Work with families/caregivers in the child’s natural environment and throughout the community while supporting the families daily routines.
• Collaborate with other professionals that support the child/family to aid in the achievement of outlined goals.
• Maintain all documentation of service delivery required by the program, including session notes, quarterly progress summaries, and annual IFSP input.

• Approximately 1-hour visits—including documentation time.Your session time includes both treatment and documentation, with a company-provided laptop to make documentation easier.
• Hybrid flexibility available.Depending on caseload and service needs, some responsibilities may be completed remotely.
• W-2 employment—not independent contracting.Enjoy the flexibility of Early Intervention without giving up the stability and support of being a W-2 employee.
